Robby Adams, MD, Board Certified Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist, Medical Director

Dr. Adams is available to assess patients that may benefit from medication. We are delighted to have Dr. Adams as our Medical Director.

Anne Bertrand, MSW, LCSW

Anne has been in a private practice in Wilmington, NC for more than 10 years.  She works with all populations, preschoolers to the elderly, individuals, families and groups.  Anne is an EAP provider for most major insurance companies.  Anne primarily uses Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also recognizes the power of Art Therapy, Play Therapy and the value of a positive therapuetic relationship.  Anne's hope is to one day launch a training program serving disadvantaged persons in marketable skills and social skills.

Shawna White, RN

Shawna is a registered clinical nurse with extensive training in neurofeedback.  She integrates her nursing and medical knowledge with neurofeedback methods to bring the highest quality of care to patients undergoing neurofeedback training.

Kim Simmons, MA, LPC

Kim is trained in state of the art treatment using neurofeedback to treat a variety of disorders that have been improved with neurofeedback treatment.  She is also a licensed therapist, serving children and their families.  Kim works with preschoolers and their caregivers at New Hanover County Community Action.

We will gladly bill insurance when applicable.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks.
